This afternoon we trecked across the golden gate bridge and rode the Marin headlands, the birthplace of off-road biking. It was a beautiful day, the scenery was great; all around good ride. Somehow we wound up on the 50-mile loop instead of the ten mile loop, so we had to backtrack a little bit. We also encountered a very friendly heron. We named him Bruce.
